Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is physically shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
How delivery works
The moment your payment is confirmed, two things happen:
- You land on a download page carrying every file in your order, ready to download straight away.
- The same links are emailed to you at the address you entered at checkout.
How long it takes
Immediately. Delivery is automatic and takes seconds, not days. The delivery email normally arrives within a few minutes.
Where we deliver
Worldwide. Because the files are digital, there is nowhere we cannot deliver and no destination that costs extra.
What you receive
PDF files — the illustrated book, a printable black-and-white edition, any question-card deck or skills page included with your order, solutions and a parent’s guide. Exactly what is included is listed on each product page before you buy. You will need a PDF reader; any modern phone, tablet or computer already has one.
If your files do not arrive
First check your spam or promotions folder — the delivery email is the most common thing to go astray. If it is not there, email hello@srivastavadigitalservices.com from the address you used at checkout, or call +91 98184 19081, and we will send your files directly.
