These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Srivastava Digital Services. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell digital products — illustrated PDF books, printable editions, question-card decks and written guides. Nothing we sell is a physical item and nothing is posted to you. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes.

Placing an order

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. You are responsible for entering a working email address; that is where your files are sent. An order is complete when your payment is confirmed by Razorpay and your download page is shown.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate and electronic. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Cancellations and refunds

Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made and we do not offer refunds. We offer a replacement guarantee with no time limit instead. Please read our Cancellation and Refunds Policy before buying.

How you may use what you buy

You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the product within your own family or household, and may print as many copies as your family needs.

You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share publicly, or use our products commercially. Use with a class, tuition centre or reading group needs our written permission — email us and we will usually agree on sensible terms. We retain all copyright and intellectual property in our books, artwork and text.

What we promise, and what we do not

We take real care over accuracy: where a number appears it refers to published research or a real regulatory action, and where evidence is contested we say so. Our books are educational materials, not a guarantee of any particular result for any particular child. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

If something goes wrong

If a file will not open, will not download or arrives damaged, email us and we will send it directly, as many times as it takes, until it works. That promise has no time limit.

Suspension

We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, or redistribution of our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
